Contract partners

The bankruptcy estate of SkyWork Airlines AG, represented in the proceedings by the Bankruptcy
Office Bern-Mittelland, hereby expressly states that:

• it does not enter into existing contracts relating to a continuing obligation;
• it has not given any general consent to the further performance of the obligations arising from such continuing obligations;
• no express or tacit consent of the bankruptcy estate can be derived from any payment made under such continuing obligations continuing after 6 September 2018 (15h00), but that these payments have been made without prejudice.
