Distribution Lists

The bankruptcy proceedings against SkyWork Airlines AG have been completed and settled. By order of 9 August 2023, the Regional Court Bern-Mittelland declared these proceedings closed.

The creditors will receive the statement of losses in the next few days. The dividend due can be seen in this statement. We ask all creditors to send us their current account details (IBAN and bank details) for the payment of the dividend - if not already done - by 31 August 2023. The notification can be made by e-mail to ka.mittelland@be.ch.

Payments will be made from the beginning of September 2023. No payment can be made to creditors without bank account. These dividends will be deposited.

The password for opening the distribution list was communicated to the creditors in the letter dated 3 November 2020 and in the circular letters dated 24 March 2021 and 16 November 2021.
