Resolutions of the creditors as per circular dated 16 November 2021 / planned further procedure

The creditors have accepted all proposals of the bankruptcy administration according to the circular letter of 16 November 2021. As a result, the three lawsuits pending prior to the opening of bankruptcy and subsequently resumed, have been settled. The same applies to the filed action contesting the schedule of claims.

Accordingly, the bankruptcy proceedings will continue as envisaged in the circular. Before the proceedings can be concluded, the outcome of the assertion of the claims relating to damages and liability by an assignment creditor must be awaited. It is not yet possible to reliably estimate when the closing or the final distribution to the creditors will take place.

If necessary, the creditors will be informed by means of a further circular about the completion of the proceedings.
