Only few actions filed against the schedule of claims / planned further procedure

As announced, the bankruptcy administration has published the schedule of claims as well as the inventory on 5 November 2020. Fortunately, only three actions have been filed against the schedule of claims. Therefore, the great majority of the creditors agrees with the assessment of their claims.

The filed actions are now examined by the bankruptcy administration. On the basis of this, the respective answers will be filed by the bankruptcy administration to the extent they are necessary.

In the first quarter of 2021, the bankruptcy administration will send out a circular to the creditors outlining in detail the planned next steps.
