Publication of the addendum to the schedule of claims

The schedule of claims has been made available for inspection to the creditors in November 2020.

The decision on a claim of a former corporate body of SkyWork Airlines AG was suspended, as it was unclear whether the claim could be offset with entitlements for damages and responsibility. After the publication of the schedule of claims, the entitlements for damages and responsibility were offered to the creditors by circular of 24 March 2021 in the form of assignment of legal claims as stated in Article 260 SchKG. A creditor had the claims assigned to him. However, he did not pursue them in time. Therefore they are done. Subsequently, the suspended claim and an additional claim are added to the 3rd class of the schedule of claims.

Thus, an amendment to the schedule of claims of November 2020 will be published with publication of 17 August 2022. It is made available for inspection to the creditors at the Bankruptcy Office Bern-Mittelland, Department Mittelland, Poststrasse 25, 3072 Ostermundigen. In addition, the schedule of claim can be inspected in the restricted section "Schedule of claims and Inventory". The password for the documents was shared with the creditors per writing of 3 November 2020 and the circulars of 24 March 2021 and 16 November 2021.
