Publication of the schedule of claims in autumn

The Covid-19 pandemic forced the Bankruptcy Office to postpone the publication of the schedule of claims due to related regulatory orders. Most of the Bankruptcy Office staff worked in home office until the summer holidays. In addition, meetings with several people necessary for the publication had to be postponed to a later date.

Meanwhile, the drawing of the schedule of claims is almost complete. Final clarifications with creditors as well as investigations due to the complexity of the proceedings are in progress and will be completed soon.

The bankruptcy administration plans to publish the schedule of claims in the course of the autumn. The publication will occur in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce (SOGC) and the Official Gazette of the Canton of Berne. Of course, the publication will also be made available on this website.

In addition, creditors whose claims are wholly or partially rejected will receive a special notice by post.
