Publication of the schedule of claims postponed

As announced in our last communication of 20 January 2020, the bankruptcy administration is currently in the process of drawing up the schedule of claims – i.e. a list of the admitted claims. Due to the measures ordered by the Federal Council on 16 March 2020 to combat the COVID 19 epidemic, the schedule of claims of SkyWork will not be made available to creditors for consultation in April 2020 as announced. The publication of the schedule of claims will be postponed to a later date and will depend on the development of the COVID-19 epidemic and the measures ordered by the authorities in this connection.

The bankruptcy administration asks the creditors for their understanding. For information on the current status of the proceedings, we continue to recommend regular consultation of this website.
