Schedule of claims in preparation

The bankruptcy administration is currently drawing up the schedule of claims – i.e. a list of the admitted claims. This will specify in detail which claims are admitted or rejected and in what order. Due to the complexity of the procedure and the large number of creditors (around 1’000), the assessment of the claims and the preparation of the schedule of claims takes a substantial amount of time. The schedule of claims is expected to be completed in April 2020 and made available to creditors for consultation. The creditors are informed by publication of the availability for consultation. In addition, each creditor whose claim is rejected in whole or in part in the schedule of claims will receive a special decision. The creditors will then have the right to file an action against the schedule of claim (so-called “Kollokationsklage”) within 20 days after publication of the availability for consultation. The bankruptcy administration will inform the creditors in detail about their rights when the schedule of claims is published. The bankruptcy administration will provide an initial estimate of the expected bankruptcy dividend in due course, as soon as the schedule of claims has been established.

The bankruptcy proceedings of SkyWork Airlines AG represent an extensive procedure and will take some time to complete. The bankruptcy administration asks the creditors for their understanding.
